Owner and gutsy leader with over 30 years of experience in managing federally funded infrastructure projects. Involved in the efforts of more than 70 declared disasters spanning nine states and two foreign nations, Tommy knows his way around resilience-building and relief organization.
Don Lamont
Owner and experienced leader with a public adjuster license since 2012. Don’s widening skillset includes drone piloting, various damage estimations, and he is a roofing expert witness. In keeping up with his dynamic credentials, Don is also a 21-year strong aviation pilot.
Shelia Romig
Senior program manager with 16 years’ experience in FEMA Public Assistance. Over her career, Shelia has accumulated a $2.1 billion grant portfolio. Shelia relentlessly negotiates projects to restore communities and take their resilience to higher levels.
Sean Richardson
Project Manager and Technical Advisor who spent 10 years in the U. S. Army and in the U.S. Army National Guard. These days, Sean fights to return private and public entities to their pre-disaster state through site inspections, cost estimations, project management, employee training and data analysis.
