Sean Richardson, Project Manager + Technical Advisor
Mr. Richardson is the project manager and advisor that helps the clients feel at ease with his knowledge and experience. As Project Manager and Technical Advisor, Sean manages a portfolio of grants representing over $250 Million dollars from the beginning of his tenure. Mr. Richardson has 3 years’ experience in FEMA Public Assistance and has worked 3 disaster related events. In addition, his extensive and varied experience includes cost estimating, grants management, project management, research, site inspections, and data analysis for formulating and developing projects for eligible scope and costs.
Mr. Richardson’s invaluable experience related to disaster recovery federal grant funding includes project management of rebuilds bringing facilities to pre-disaster conditions, cost estimating, training, and onboarding of new employees.
Sean’s prior experience has been in the industrial sector where he spent the majority of his career performing duties in cost procurement, cost estimating and project management. He also served 10 years in the military serving our country in the U.S. Army and U. S. Army National Guard.
